Since 1982, Premiata Gelateria Michielan has been creating excellent quality artisan gelato. In the early days, it did so in the ice-cream shops in Noale and then, as time went on, in the workshops of the production site in Scorzè, producing products for the foodservice and retail markets and for the consumption of families.
This led to a pathway of development driven by the rising demand from the national and international markets, with an exponential increase in export sales.
A success based on the quality of the company’s “made in Italy” production philosophy – involving the use of selected raw materials and a qualified artisan production process. And powered by the consistent company management guaranteed by founder Piero Michielan and his wife Antonella over the years, then later by the energy and dynamism of their children, Riccardo and Elisa.
